Correctional Facilities Committee (CFC)

We coordinate the work of individual A.A. members and groups who are interested in carrying our message of recovery to the incarcerated alcoholic.  Bringing meetings and literature into facilities, raising awareness of the Corrections Correspondence Service (C.C.S.) among “inside” and “outside” A.A. members,  are just some of the activities corrections committee’s support. 

• Distribute Big Books for use in correctional facilities using your generous donations.
• Facilitate meetings for alcoholics in county jails/state prisons.
• Correspond with an inmate to share the message of AA recovery through your experience, strength, and hope.
• Provide direction to get certified/re-certified to facilitate meetings in jails/prisons.
